When signing up for our Enterprise Cash Management services you will need to have the following pieces of information available to ensure that your application can be processed in a timely fashion:
- The name, email address and phone numbers of your company's authorized contacts
- Your Business Number (BN) (For a Canadian business this is the first 9 digits of your GST registration number; for charities, it is the first 9 digits of your charitable registration number)
- Your Bank Account Number (chequing account)
- Names of your Directors
- Names, email addresses and phone numbers of your company's signing officers
- References: Please be prepared to provide the Company Name and Address of two or more suppliers/vendors with whom you regularly perform transactions
Note: On completion of the application you will be asked to print a copy and have it signed by your signing officer(s) and forwarded to Telpay. This is a requirement of the Canadian Payments Association. It is important that this be done as quickly as possible.
